Membership fees shall be due on this date following your selected membership option from the registration page. On this date your membership will be closed until renewal. This website will alert you to this 30 days from expiration and provide an opportunity to renew.

This membership entitles members to full access to OSBO website, including members' only areas.

Members will receive online consulting, through the OSBO website, as outlined in the membership materials, at no charge to members. Member acknowledges that materials provided by OSBO (including, but not limited to, this contract) are the copyrighted, proprietary property of OSBO and shall not be used, copied or distributed, except with the express, written consent of OSBO. This agreement shall survive membership termination.

Members may also receive discounts on goods and services provided by member firms and advertisers. Any additional benefits will be posted on the website. OSBO does not warranty or guarantee any degree of benefit received or to be received by Member. Membership in OSBO provides opportunity for the Member to avail itself of the services and suppliers who seek to do business with small business; also, OSBO offers a forum for Member to obtain information, acquire knowledge and network with and about operating a successful small business; and in no way does OSBO represent, warranty or guarantee the success of any Member or advertiser.

Member understands that OSBO does not guarantee, nor accept any liability arising from any advertisement placed with OSBO by this or any other Member. OSBO does not guarantee or warranty any service solicited or provided by, to, for, or on behalf of an OSBO Member and further, Member agrees to hold harmless and indemnify OSBO therefrom. This agreement shall survive membership.

Members will have the opportunity to advertise on the website or participate in OSBO sponsored events at a significant discount over non-members. OSBO reserves the right to edit any advertisement or solicitation placed with OSBO, including logo, trademark and copyrighted material. Any material, documentary, artwork and photographs submitted to OSBO whether hard copy, via internet or floppy disk, becomes the property of OSBO to be used to its benefit for so long as membership continues and shall not be returned to the Member.

OSBO shall not be liable for any typographical, clerical, graphic or other such error contained in any OSBO presentation, member placed ad, OSBO placed ad or distribution of any kind whatsoever.

Members may also receive discounted web design and hosting services, through OSBO.org. Members will have access to a membership directory online.

In the event of any dispute between Member and OSBO, Member agrees to waive its right to trial in a court of law or equity, jury or non-jury.

Member agrees that OSBO has the right to share information related to Member's membership in OSBO, including Member's logo or trademark and to use same for advertisement and other purposes that benefit OSBO.

There is no exclusivity offered or implied in membership.

Although, at this time, all materials delivered by OSBO are delivered digitally (by direct download from this website or via email) if a physical product is delivered, it may be sent using a variety of methods including but not limited to: US Postal Service; UPS Ground, Next-Day, 2-4 Air; FedEx, etc. as requested by the purchaser.

OSBO handles each refund, if applicable, on an individual basis. Upon cancellation of your membership, if you feel a refund is warranted, please contact OSBO directly by telephone: 1-256-829-2208.

You agree to membership in the Organization Supporting Business Owners (OSBO) to be effective starting your registration date, Membership fees are not prorated and accrue on an annual basis. Thus, in the event Member terminates its membership before expiration of the official term of its membership, no portion of the membership fee shall be refundable; rather, any unused portion of the membership fee is deemed liquidated damages to OSBO and Member acknowledges same and that same is not a penalty or in no way represents unliquidated damages.
